Deepening Zen Practice with Muho
Saturday, December 6th at CrossPhysio
I am very happy to announce our next special workshop with Muho, the former abbot of Antaiji.
This will be a quiet, three-hour morning dedicated to centering the mind in the body, calming the breath, and rediscovering the peaceful ground that is always inside us — even in turbulent times.
In this session we combine Zen and Qi Gong in a natural way.
The Qi Gong helps us to arrive in our bodies, soften the chest, and release tension.
The Zen practice with Muho guides us toward stillness, clarity, and a more honest relationship with the present moment.
Together, these two practices support each other beautifully.
There will also be a small reflection from Muho on how to keep this sense of peace and awareness in daily life, when the pressures of work, family, and society often pull us away from ourselves.
Session Outline
Gentle Qi Gong to ground and settle

Preview: February Full-Day Retreat
For those who enjoy the December workshop or are interested in even deeper focus, we will offer a longer retreat early next year:
Saturday, February 7th – Zen, Qi Gong & Partner Massage Day
A full day with Muho and Didier: morning Zen, Qi Gong to wake the body, gentle partner foot massage in the early afternoon, and one more round of Zen to close the day.
A nurturing, calming experience to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your peaceful center.
