A physiotherapist-led Taiji practice to improve posture, focus and stress resilience

Online Taiji for Posture, Focus & Stress Regulation – Starting January 2026

I am adding a new online Taiji practice to my work as a physiotherapist, starting January 2026.

Not instead of physiotherapy —

but as a clear and effective complement.

After many years of hands-on clinical work, one thing has become obvious to me:

not more techniques create better results — clarity does.

Taiji, distilled through physiotherapy

What I teach is Taiji seen through a physiotherapist’s eyes:

  • safe for real bodies

  • focused on posture and load distribution

  • supportive for the nervous system

  • free from unnecessary complexity

Most Taiji teachers do not have a clinical background.

Most physiotherapists cannot teach this simply.

This combination is rare — and powerful.

Simple practice. Real effect.

No complicated programs.

No pressure to perform.

Just:

  • standing and slow movement

  • attention and breath

  • rhythm, rest, and continuity

This is not “doing less”.

It is doing what actually matters.

How the online practice works

To fit into real life, the rhythm is simple and sustainable:

  • Almost daily short sessions (~10 minutes)

    Easy to join, no pressure.

  • One weekly deep session (~45 minutes)

For deeper learning, explanation, and questions.

Who this is for

This practice is for you if you want to:

  • reduce tension and stress

  • improve posture without forcing

  • move with more calm and clarity

  • support your body between treatments and daily demands

No prior experience needed.

Starting January 2026

This online Taiji practice is a natural extension of my physiotherapy work and my 25+ years of experience as a certified Süa Lag Hang Taiji and Kung Fu teacher — calm, precise, and grounded in real experience.
